We have launched our Kickstarter campaign to raise the funds needed to finish the CD we started last year. By “we” I mean me and my Wonderful Band. Not only will the CD itself be terrific, full of songs we love and think you will too, we’re giving away cool stuff to our supporters, including autographed CDs, downloads, wedding ceremonies and my hand-crocheted potholders. Did I really think all Tweeters were twits, that Twitter was just something people who believe owning smart phones makes them smart did to amuse themselves in airports? Well, kinda.  

But I am now cured and have found the light.  No longer an anti-Twitter snot, I am, like any convert, determined to get the Word out.  Yay Twitter! 

The only people I follow so far are Conan, Oprah, PeeWee, and Kevin Smith — who could probably write a novel on Twitter –but I am looking for more.  Again I say, Yay Twitter!

HARRISBURG, PA -- FRIDAY, DEC. 17th

This year’s Christmas show is bigger and better than ever!  My Wonderful Band is with me of course, and, for our Baltimore shows we’ll be joined by Arty Hill (Arty Hill and the Long Gone Daddys) and John Irvine (and his fabulous trumpet)!  Arty can’t be with us in Harrisburg, because he really is a daddy and will be spending that evening with his family, but John and his trumpet are making the trip!

A very special bonus for those of you who come to Harrisburg is that SUSAN LOWE (Mole in Desperate Living) will be opening a show of her Madhouse drawings at the Moviate Gallery (1306 N. Third St.) on the same night as our Christmas show, so it will be a sort of Dreamland double feature, right in the heart of the capital of Pennsylvania. You can go to Susan’s opening, then walk around the corner to Stage on Herr to see me!  Merry Christmas!
