Welcome to my new totally-run-by-me website.  While I am wise about many things, websites and programming are not among them, so I’m going to be learning how to do this while you watch.  Of course, putting up a cool site is nothing a demi-bright 12 year old couldn’t do between texts to her BFF, but hey, I’m not 12.

Today I’m going to figure out how to post some pictures — so check back later.

Funny I checked your website on the day of your first post! It was a Serial Mom weekend and I just had to see what you’ve been up to. I’ll be checking back for those pics! Good luck with the site.

I can’t wait to see what you do! Good luck with it and if you need any help just ask. :)

Yer great! On your old site you had pictures and stuff for sale, I wanted to buy one for a friend for xmas. Are those still going to be available?

    Hey Mink!

Just watched Pink Flamingos tonight [finally] for the first time (OMG)!

Despite Divine’s divinity, you were very, very filthy in that film (BTW).

Well done on the website Mink will keep my eyes peeled. Wish I could see your appearances one day. My copy of All About Evil is on it’s way from Peaches and cant wait. Quick plug there. You are so funny!

Hi Mink. You were wonderful in STUCK! and ALL ABOUT EVIL. It’s a shame the money-men aren’t letting John Waters make FRUITCAKE, as I’m sure there would be another series of ‘Mink moments’ to enjoy. My partner and I will be moving to Baltimore from NYC in July 2012. I’m a teacher and dean….doing another year at my school here in NYC before heading to Bmore to teach. We loooooove that city. Visiting the 25th-27th to see more of it. I just wanted to say ‘Thanks’ for years of crazy cinema to enjoy….and now music. With the girls I know, if you call them “a Mink Stole” from time to time, you usually get a big appreciative smile. I added my partner’s website, http://www.otherdrawlings.com. He designs all of my tattoos.

Thanks so much — and I’m glad you’re moving to Baltimore. It’s a great town but we can always use more terrific people. I went to otherdrawlings.com; your partner has quite an imagination! Does he sleep well? How many tattoos do you have?

I saw for the first time Pink Flamingo and:
-You are as for me the most underestimated actress!

1-How did your parents reacted to such a role?!
2-How does your child/ren if you have does react?!
3-How did your life changed after Pink Flamingo?
4-Were there scene that you were not a ease to play?

I would be so proud to have a mother that played in such a movie.

Thx for your contribution to what they (hollywood) call ”trash movies” which for me, are theirs.

(sorry for my ”trash” englis Im from Montreal!)

Yannick — Thanks for your questions. My mother hated my early roles, but eventually came around and became a fan. I’m not married and have no children. It’s hard to say how Pink Flamingos changed my life because I was so young I have no idea what my life would have been like if I hadn’t done it. Some scenes were physically uncomfortable, like the execution scene in Pink Flamingos, but none of my roles made me morally or spiritually uncomfortable.

    The site looks good.

I just saw Female Trouble and the movie was actually funny even though most of the characters were really difficult to like. The ending is a little disturbing, though!

I just wanted to share with you the fact that in 1973 I drove across the United States wearing a black suit and a pig mask. My friend was dressed as the Devil, (these were very expensive masks), and we stopped in little redneck towns and went to diners dressed this way. We never got arrested. I’m a musician who has performed with some well-known artists, but nothing makes me prouder than my road trip dressed as a swine. I thought you might find it amusing, you who have amused so many.
    Fondly forever, B. Bostock
